Since 1996 our company has been continuously cooperating on development of cars with Skoda Auto. During this cooperation we became real innovators in certain areas. We specialize especially in design of sheet-metal parts of car body and plastic interior panels including dashboards. Another very successful area is design of rear mirrors.

Sheet-metal parts

Škoda Auto has been our long-term partner since 1996.

Concept and design of sheet –metal parts, particularly parts of car body, has an essential effect, among others, on car safety and therefore two contradictory requirements are imposed on them – i.e. the highest possible rigidity and at the same time the lowest possible weight. That’s why it is another part of our work transferring the know-how we gained at development of airframes with even stricter requirements in the area of structure rigidity and weight.

Our activities in the area of sheet-metal parts development include

• Concept and design of car body parts or that of bigger assemblies, such as C-columns, ceiling panels, rear parts of car body parts, etc.
• Concept and design of doors and opening mechanisms
• Concept and design of door panels
• Design of cowlings

Plastic parts are abundantly used especially in car interiors. In Evektor we have a group of qualified engineers – specialists for design and optimization of plastic parts used both for interior parts and car body parts.

Our activities in the area of plastic parts development include:

• Design of interiors and their parts
• Design of door panels
• Design of rear mirrors
• Concept and design of dashboards
• Concept and design of accessories, such as cup holder, etc.
• Solution can include conceptual design of e.g. dashboard or other parts of interior equipment, eventually design study of exterior
