We are pleased to announce the official establishment of Evektor Group, currently consisting of design & development company Evektor spol. s r.o. and aircraft manufacturer Evektor-Aerotechnik a.s.
The purpose of this move is to set conditions for a more vigorous expansion to the new markets and to intensify works on the latest Evektor’s projects and on their speeded up preparation for a market launch. Streamlining of internal processes and optimization of available resources allocation are a part of this effort as well.
Evektor owners appointed Mr. Marian Adam as a Chief Executive Officer of Evektor Group as of February 1, 2012. Evektor ownership structure with 3 Czech private owners - Mr. Jaroslav Ruzicka, Mr. Josef Vavra and Mr. Libor Duchtik - remains unchanged.
Mr. Adam is a co-owner of a successful business consultancy company and has been working as a senior consultant mostly on company restructuring and business development projects for both international and local companies for more then 20 years.
Mr. Václav Zajíc continues in his successful work in a position of the Evektor’s Managing Director.
Mr. Petr Javorský was appointed as the New Evektor-Aerotechnik’s Executive Director as of February 1, 2012 too. Mr. Javorský has been working for Evektor for over 17 years and gathered broad experience in the area of light aviation. As aircraft designer, aircraft test engineer and light aircraft project manager together with his passion for sport aviation he has a great track record for management of further company’s growth and development of Evektor-Aerotechnik light aircraft program.
