912 ULS2 / S2 series engines by installing the PYROJACKET
PJA 14 protective sleeves on the oil system hoses.
Due to a deviation in the manufacturing process some tailpipe of muffler may have anomalies in the welded joint. In some cases, there is possibility that cracks may occur on a limited number of muffler tailpipe. Undetected cracks during Pre-flight Check may result in a loss of tailpipe.
In airplanes mentioned in this bulletin, heat damage of the lower engine cowling in the place of the reinforcement may occur as a result of proximity to the exhaust elbow of cylinder No. 1 and No.2. The revision of the bulletin changes the type of fire-protection paint.
Manufacturers of the SkyView (Dynon) and G3X (Garmin) systems have issued service bulletins (Dynon Service Bulletin 050620E, Garmin 2069 Rev. A), whereby prescribe the inspection of Kavlico P/N P4055-15G-E4A, P4055-50G-E4A nebo P4055-150G-E4A fluid pressure sensors.
The aircraft manufacturer introduced by a design change - installation of the TOST PVZ parking brake valve in the brake system. The installation solves problem with the manufacturer of the GoldFren parking valve.
The aircraft manufacturer introduced a design change - installation of the VDO A2C59510165 fuel level sensor in the fuel system. By installing this sensor, it is possible to reduce the unstable values during measuring the fuel level.
The aircraft manufacturer introduced by design change installation of the Facet 478360 electric fuel pump in the fuel system. By installing this pump, it is possible to reduce the contingent oscillation of fuel pressure.
The aircraft manufacturer introduced by an option design change installation of the TC1-9073-06-01 pulsation damper in the fuel system. By installing the pulsation damper, it is possible to reduce the contingent oscillation of fuel pressure below the lower limit (for more than 5 sec.).

Addition of Supplements No. 34, 35, 36 into List of Supplements in Section 9 of the Pilot’s Operating Handbook doc. No. ERTC020-10-AS for SPORTSTAR RTC.
The engine manufacturer issued SB-912-063R1 and SB-912-
063ULR2 service bulletins regarding the replacement of fuel pumps. After replacement of the original fuel pumps p/n 892542 and 892546 for the pump p/n 893110, this fuel pump can be contacted with the engine cowlings
Inspection of passage of cables of the external power source
through the fire wall.
In case of insufficient inspection of cables of the external power source in the area of passage through the fire wall, the bushing may be damaged, and the cable may contact the fire wall
Based on operational experience, the airplane manufacturer has decided to refresh general procedures during taxiing, takeoff and landing with crosswind.
The engine manufacturer orderes by the bulletins SB-912-070 R1 and SB-912-070UL, inspection and / or replacement of the valve push rod assy., and rocker arm. Due to deviations in the manufacturing of the valve push rod assy., partial wear on the rocker arm ball socket may occur. This wear might lead to a rocker arm cracking / fracture which consequence may lead to a malfunction of the valve train. Possible effect are rough engine running or an unusual engine operating behaviour.
Clarification of engine idle RPM, added information on throttle lever operation, added information to section 7 and added supplements No. 25 and 26 into List of Supplements in Section 9.
When the Dynon SkyView system and the radio station are switched on, the symbol RX on the radio station display may flash or stay lit even if the radio station does not receive transmission of other radio stations. The characteristic sound of open SQUELCH, or other disturbing noises (tones) are heard in the headphones. It is not possible to correct this interference by reducing the sensitivity of the radio station to the minimum level. The interference is caused by the SV-250-GPS antennas.
Install of the Winterization Kit in accordance with document No. ERTC022-10-AS-003 Supplement No. 3. Installation of the Winterization Kit. Insert document No. ERTC022-10-AS-003 in the Maintenance Manual (AMM). Record implementation of this bulletin in Airplane Log Book.
